What is a Point of Social?

Retailers can build relationships with their customers and start connecting with those customers on a deeper level by identifying the customers by name and providing them with an unprecedented level of personalized service.
How can I eliminate credit card fees?

Koupah allows brands, agencies and local businesses to reach their targeted and highly valued demographics by delivering personalized advertising on the customer’s receipt. The advertising fees we then receive are applied to subsidize, even eliminate the credit card processing fee from
AMEX, Visa, MC or Discover, putting 10K, 20K or 30K+ a year back into the pocket of the retailer.
Can customers place their orders using the Koupah Mobile User App?

Yes, customers can place orders directly through the Koupah Mobile User App – and even better, get rewarded on your punch card as if you were in the store. Simply integrated – mobile in-app orders come directly into the Koupah and are treated like any other order. No separate hardware required and most of all no additional fees.
Can I use my own tablet?

Yes you can use your own tablet as long as it matches the required size for the Koupah kit. If you click on ‘EQUIPMENT’ you will find a list of recommended devices tested and approved to be fully compatible with the Koupah and a direct link to purchase them.
What is printer routing?

Printer routing allows you to send the right receipt to the right place. Different printers can receive different information so that the printer in your dining area for example receives the order information and the printer in the kitchen area receives the necessary information to prepare the order.

What you need for duty and resistance:

A 16″ by 16″ cash drawer has to come with a choice of USB, RS-232 Serial, or printer-driven interfaces, ensuring easy installation virtually anywhere. The cash drawer can be powered by major printer brands including Epson, Star, Citizen, Ithaca, and more for more traditional operation.

Requisites for a perfect print

All printer models need to be optimized for high-speed throughput so customer receipts and kitchen orders can be printed faster. For more flexibility, we recommend a “drop in” paper loading and an adjustable paper width feature that allows you to use 58, 70 or 76 mm paper rolls.
